Prior to October 1, 2009 we wet docked our jon boats at the
Ramada Inn dock; however, due to a variety of reasons we will no
longer wet slip these boats. The Jon Boats will be available
for rental with prior notice in the following manner.
1) We will launch the boats and rent them from our location,
or
2) Rent the boat, motor, and trailer on a daily basis for
launching at locations like Anderson Park on Lake Tarpon, the Cotee
River, etc.
We still have the four jon boats* available even though we will only
have one on display at our location. The others are not far
away in a storage area.
Don't be fooled by others stating their 10 foot jon boat is an off-shore boat. A 10 foot
boat is nothing more than a larger boat dinghy. Our boats are 14-16 feet in
length, 48" at the bottom for stability and 68" at the top gunnel to
gunnel. Our boats are unsinkable--they can be swamped but they
won't sink.
The Pontoon Boats are still wet slipped and available for rental as
before. |

We have three
2008 jon
boats, a 16 foot with a 20 hp outboard; two 14 foot with a 15 hp and
an 8 hp outboard. All have two bilge pumps, fuel filters,
bimini tops. Outboards are newer (2008)Mercury four stroke
outboards and new trailer. |

Walmart (check the link for
the closest store), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission at their
web site or by phone (the quickest way) by calling
1-888-347-4356 (you'll need a credit card). The fishing
license for Nonresident 3-Day Saltwater Fishing is $17.00. |
